Our integration process
1. The job interview
The journey begins at the job interview, where managers and executives assess the candidate’s professional skills, personality and motivation.
From the outset, transparent communication on mutual expectations is established.
The candidate undergoes several interviews, including personality tests and case studies.
These assessments are designed to ensure that the candidate is compatible with the position, thus ensuring a mutual fit.
2. Hiring announcement
In the event of a negative response, the company undertakes to provide a transparent explanation of the reasons for this choice.
In the event of a positive response, the company provides the future employee with all the necessary information for his or her arrival: start date, working hours and administrative documents required.
Internally, other team members get to know their future colleague through a short presentation called “HR Flash”.
3. Pre-arrival preparation
New employees receive all the information they need for their arrival, as well as practical details for their first day.
To simplify administrative procedures, we use the “Factorial” digital solution for pay slips, employment contracts, etc.
4. Welcome and First Day
On the day of his arrival, the new employee is warmly welcomed by his manager, who gives him his equipment and a welcome booklet.
This booklet contains practical information about the company, as well as details of its culture, values, internal policies and best practices.
A guided tour of the premises, a presentation of the company and integration sessions with the various departments are also organized.
In addition, the first day is often marked by breakfast with the whole team or lunch with the manager.
5. Ongoing integration and monitoring
During the first few days, the employee follows an integration schedule defined by the manager, designed to introduce him or her to the company’s various departments and businesses, and to facilitate initial interaction with the team.
Integration continues beyond the first few weeks.
The company encourages new employees to take part in team activities organized throughout the year, and to attend additional training courses.
