How is your service organized?
Today, our department is made up of 3 people:
Maxime, co-founder of the company, is Artistic Director.
He leads the department in major brand development projects.
Thanks to his expertise and creative flair, he is at the origin of new concepts and avenues of development for the company.
He also ensures that every action is in line with the brand’s identity and DNA.
For my part, as Project Manager, my day-to-day role is to work on all projects linked to the brand’s marketing strategy: developing a new product, improving the existing offer, monitoring the competition, developing and updating the various communication tools and organizing event projects.
I’m accompanied and supported by Hugo, our 2-year work-study student.
Together, we work closely on different projects.
He also has a “graphic designer” hat, which enables him to manage the creation of communication media.
What skills are essential for success in your role?
The essential skills needed to succeed in my role as executive assistant include versatility, open-mindedness, effective organization, clear communication, the ability to collaborate with different departments, maintaining discretion and confidentiality, and above all a strong sense of initiative.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
What I appreciate most about my job is the versatility and responsibility it entails.
Managing a variety of projects, liaising with different departments, raising the team’s awareness of social and environmental issues, and working closely with management give me a global view of the company, which is very rewarding.
What are your tips for creating a work environment that encourages diversity and inclusion?
In my opinion, it’s important to encourage open dialogue by creating a climate where differences are valued and respected, and to make the team aware of cultural diversity and social issues.
All this helps create a working environment where everyone feels fulfilled and valued.
